Standard Delivery UK

Orders over £200 are sent free of charge to mainland UK destinations, this free delivery policy does not apply to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands.

Delivery times for the majority of goods to mainland UK destinations is 3-5 working days from the time of order. Delivery times to non mainland UK destinations are typically 3-5 working days but can take longer. Delivery timescales to EU and International destinations vary, please contact us for more information.

Our current delivery charges for orders placed through the website are shown on the checkout page. Customers that choose an incorrect shipping option for their order will be deemed to have placed an invalid order which means the order will not be processed. If you have made an error with your order please contact the sales office in order that we can help you correct the order.

Customers requiring delivery to Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man (IOM), Isle of Wight (IOW), Isles of Scilly (IOSC), Channel Islands must select the correct 'Delivery' option at the checkout stage to ensure they pay the correct delivery charge. Orders with an incorrect 'Delivery' option selection will be cancelled by us.

Express Delivery UK Mainland
Express delivery is only available to mainland UK destinations (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). Goods will be despatched within 2 working days after the date of your order and sent on an overnight courier service. Goods will be sent using a signed for courier service, so if nobody will be available to sign for the goods you must provide additional delivery instructions at the checkout stage using the notes field.

General delivery information
We aim to deliver non stock items within 21 days from date of order.

After two failed delivery attempts by the courier company, goods will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will become payable by you. To avoid failed courier delivery attempts please discuss your delivery arrangements with us at time of ordering if you think there maybe problems with a courier delivery.

We really hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, please follow the below procedures and we will be happy to assist you. Please note we do not accept returns on any sample orders.

Returns - Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If any items are faulty, we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 3 days from receiving the order or we are unable to accept a return.

We inspect all products prior to shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what you ordered or is in some way faulty, please contact in writing within 3 calendar days from receipt of goods at, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility. Quote your order number and give the details of the product and the problem with the item received and specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please check all goods on receipt as we need to receive any damaged goods within 14 days of receipt.

Returns - Non Faulty Goods
Please note we are unable to accept returns on items that have been made specifically made for you, fabric products that have been cut to order, or part orders of wallpaper. 'Sample cuttings' are non returnable goods.

Please note we do not refund original delivery charges. Please ensure you purchase a sample before you place an order if you are in any doubt. Colours on monitors vary widely so please be sure of the colour you order as the product being a different colour to the screen image is not a reason for us to accept a return.

Cancellation of order
In addition to our website returns policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU consumers have 14 days to cancel their purchase. If you have not yet received your order, please contact as soon as possible to arrange cancellation before the order is despatched.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order. If your order has been already been processed and despatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Goods must be in their original condition, unopened and unused we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to our returns conditions.

Returns - general conditions applying to all returns
Please note that all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you return the package by recorded delivery, which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage.Goods lost in transit back to us are your responsibility.

We reserve the right not to process your return if the goods are not returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, you will be responsible for additional delivery charges to return the goods back to you.

Parcels may take up to 7 working days to reach us so we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days. Please do keep proof of postage in case goods arrive back late. We regret that we cannot accept items which are received after 14 days from receipt or which are no longer in a resalable condition.

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Returns Process

Unwanted goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. The returns number must be quoted on your package. Please then return to:
